What started as a short hotfix ended up being a bit larger than expected. We’re still investigating the “on hit” bug going around, but that shouldn't prevent you to have access to a little meta switch up. We hope you enjoy, and May the 4th be with you.
Axobubble (nerf):
Yes, again. We chose to adjust its identity a little bit because it’s just too good at everything. So, our favorite Axolotl has less tissue to regenerate, but on the other hand more damage to dish out, and faster.
- Base Stats: HP: 71–85 → 58–70 Ether Attack: 66–80 → 71–85 Speed: 50–60 → 58–70
- Clicktin (buff):
We’re buffing Clicktin in general by empowering its Mana generation and adjusting Static Malfuction so it doesn’t become too easy to spam.
- Heat Up: Mana cost: -2 → -3
- Cool Down: Mana cost: -2 → -3
- Static Malfunction: Mana cost: 5 → 6
- Cybertooth (buff):
We know it’s struggling, and its subpar mana generation clearly didn’t help.
- Replaced Flowing Strike with Reckless Shriek.
- Dipking (buff):
This little guy should be able to dish out more damage before it rolls over and dies now.
- Deluge: Mana cost: 6 → 5
- Hollowoo (buff): We swapped around stats to be more in like with its archetype and playstyle.
- Base Stats: Ether Attack: 54–65 → 66–80 Ether Defense: 79–95 → 75–90 Speed: 75–90 → 66–80
- Keybab (buff): Same thing here for the spicy bird. More specifically, it should be able to use Rest and Spice Layer better.
- Base Stats: HP: 75–90 → 83–100 Physical Attack: 71–85 → 66–80 Ether Attack: 79–95 → 66–80 Physical Defense: 50–60 → 54–65 Ether Defense: 33–40 → 46–55 Speed: 42–50 → 33–40
- Number 9 (buff): Dancing Ashes just wasn’t that good.
- Dancing Ashes: Mana cost: 6 → 5
- Raccoin (buff): Raccoin gets a little stat buff by redistributing unused stats for more tankiness and speed.
- Base Stats: Ether Attack: 29–35 → 21–25 Physical Defense: 50–60 → 54–65 Speed: 66–80 → 71–85
- Tokoma (buff): You asked, and we’re happy to oblige.
- Sky's Fury: Mana cost: 4 → 3
- Earth's Wrath: Mana cost: 4 → 3
- Unika (nerf): It should be somewhat easier to knock out before its offense takes over.
- Base Stats: HP: 79–95 → 75–90 Ether Attack: 37–45 → 42–50
- Unikirin (buff): Less damage, but now it should be able to take a hit, instead of dying at the mere sight of an attack.
- Base Stats: HP: 58–70 → 66–80 Physical Attack: 25–30 → 21–25 Ether Attack: 87–105 → 83–100
- Walpuff (buff): Don’t underestimate a turn 1 Armored Blow.
- Armored Blow: Mana cost: 7 → 6
- Wassie (buff): We chose to raise the HP stats of everyone under 66–80 (except Axo!). This guy needed it.
- Base Stats: HP: 62–75 → 66–80 Ether Attack: 21–25 → 17–20
- Znix (nerf): Slightly too hard to KO for how potent of an attacker it is. We're bringing down its survivability to match its offensive prowess.
- Base Stats: HP: 75–90 → 66–80 Ether Attack: 25–30 → 42–50 Physical Defense: 58–70 → 54–65 Speed: 71–85 → 66–80
- Zzoo (buff): Zzoo will never stop being hard to play and master, but it still suffers too much from its lack of defensive stats. We drew from an unused stat to help its tenacity.
- Base Stats: Physical Attack: 33–40 → 25–30 Physical Defense: 37–45 → 42–50 Ether Defense: 37–45 → 42–50
