With the change to OKAnergy being shared across all squad members, we’ve rebalanced some abilities commonly used in tank-heavy metas, making them more appealing.
Additionally, adjustments have been made to Critical Hit and Failure rates, along with the damage formula. Counter-attack damage has also been reduced globally.
Critical Hit Rate: Reduced to 3% (from 4%).
Critical Failure Rate: Reduced to 1.5% (from 3%). Damage reduction on failures decreased to 20% (from 33%) to reduce frustration.
Damage Formula: Adjusted to smooth out extreme damage numbers.

Bitebit
Devour: Power reduced to 40 (from 50).
Shiba Ignite
Peak State: Now grants 2 Hype instantly, but conditional Hype based on HP reduced to 2 to 0 (from 4 to 1).
Burning Bright: Maximum Power increased to 175 (from 130).
Explosive Counter: Power reduced to 30 (from 40).
Block Choy
Spice Layer: Shield increased to 20%/40% (from 15%/30% of the caster’s max HP).
Strangling Roots: Now also applies a healing-over-time effect, restoring 5% of the caster's max HP for 4 turns.
Vampiric Root: Reduced Lifesteal to 30% (from 40% of the damage dealt)
Dinobit
Rock Wall: Shield increased to 30% (from 25% of the caster’s max HP).
Number 9
Explosive Counter: Power reduced to 30 (from 40).
Scorching Bite: Power reduced to 75 (from 85).
Chocomint
Frosted Bolt: Power reduced to 45 (from 55).
Cybertooth
Zephyra’s Protection: Shield increased to 30% (from 20% of the caster’s max HP).
Unikirin
Electrical Overload: Now deals true damage and can double strike if Speed is reduced.
Keybab
Spice Layer: Shield increased to 20%/40% (from 15%/30% of the caster’s max HP).
Chocorex
Certain Doom: Now always sets Chocorex’s Attack to 5, regardless of its initial value. Buff duration extended to 5 turns (from 2).
Bloomtail
Desperate Riposte: Power reduced to 40 (from 50).
Walpuff
Endure replaced with Wingblade.
Arctik Barrier: Shield increased to 20%/45% (from 15%/40% of the caster’s max HP).
Dinotusk
Peak State: Now grants 2 Hype instantly, but conditional Hype based on HP reduced to 2 to 0 (from 4 to 1).
Volt Surge replaced with Fault Current, a true damage Lightning attack.
Tokoma
Peak State: Now grants 2 Hype instantly, but conditional Hype based on HP reduced to 2 to 0 (from 4 to 1).
Lightning Strikes Twice: Buff duration increased to 4 turns (from 2).
Earth’s Wrath: Buff duration increased to 4 turns (from 2).
Sky’s Fury: Now a High Priority strike, but Power reduced to 40 (from 55).
Hollowoo
Devour replaced with Dream Eater, a High Priority Lifesteal attack.
Sow: Now applies a Curse equal to 25% of the opponent’s max HP with a countdown of 6 actions (reduced from 35% and 15 actions).
Reap: Now allows Hollowoo to dodge one attack. If triggered while the opponent is Cursed, performs a 45 Power Melee attack.
Dracurve
- Scorching Bite: Power reduced to 75 (from 85).
- Thunderlord’s Rampage: Now performs a 60 Power Ranged attack. If a Shield is active, deals double damage and upgrades the Shield.
- Thunder Scale: Shield increased to 25% (from 15% of the caster’s max HP).
