New Features
Chroma system
- A Chroma is a special “hatchable” Neftie that features a unique appearance, distinct from its Primal version.
- The Chroma visuals are getting an upgrade on the NFT card.
- Additionally, the Chroma type will now be visible in your inventory through brand-new stickers.
- Each Chroma Neftie hatches from a dedicated egg, exclusive to that Neftie—no other Nefties can be hatched from these eggs.
- These eggs are available for limited times during special events, such as the Easter live event with the Bloomer Egg.
- The new Pumpkin Egg is now available for a limited time!
- It contains the exclusive Hollowoo, Pumpkin King Chroma.
Skin system
- A skin is an “art asset” that can be applied to a specific Neftie type (Blockchoy, Bitebit, etc.), to change its appearance.
- Skins can be obtained from the village shop, the Marketplace, and from completing limited time live events
- Some will be available in limited quantities, and/or for a limited time.
KO Swap
- When a Neftie is KO’d, you’ll now have the opportunity to swap in another Neftie from your squad.
- Status effects will persist on your Neftie and won’t be cleansed when swapping.
- The swapping limit has been lifted.
- To win a PvP match, you must defeat all three of your opponent’s Nefties.
Miscellaneous items tab in the Seeker’s Chest and Seeker’s Bag
- A new tab in the Seeker’s Chest (inventory) and Seeker’s Bag (inventory in lands) where you will see all currencies you collect, as well as “Miscellaneous items” which are available during live events.
Companion Neftie Visibility:
- Added the option to hide your companion Neftie.
- This feature allows you to conceal your cards in PvP while the companion slot is being implemented in a future update.
Updated Features
- Updated the Blitz Battle UI to the new art direction.
- Refactored how assets are loaded into the menus for smoother scrolling and faster loading.
- Reactivated access to the Avatar editing menu

- The Primal visuals for Bitebit have received a fresh update!
Balancing
Damage Formula Adjustments
- To maintain a fast pace in the new 3v3 format, we’ve made adjustments to the damage formula.
- Expect more explosive damage, ensuring battles don’t take longer than before.
Status Effect Changes
- We’ve reduced the strength of stage-based status effects that directly affect stats.
- This change allows us to have better control over match length.
Attacks that match your Neftie’s elemental type now deal an additional 10% damage.

- Dropped the Hype earned by Certain Doom from 3 Hype to 1 Hype.

- Raised Soul Siphon’s Hype cost from 4 to 5 Hype.
- Bloomtail
- Raised Vampiric Bloom’s Hype cost from 6 to 7 Hype.
- Dipking
- Raised Riptide’s Hype cost from 8 to 9 Hype.
- Tokoma
- Dropped Aether Ward’s Hype cost from 2 to 1 Hype.
- Oogrock
- Replaced Mud Slide with Earthquake.
